Not So Pleasant Experience with Customer Service
I had high hopes for WHCandy, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. First, the product I ordered arrived later than expected, which wouldn't have been a huge issue if the communication had been good. I tried to reach their customer service multiple times to get an update, but each time, I received some really ambiguous responses. It finally took more than a week to have them finally attend to my issue. Moreover, the product was not even close to the description or the photos shown on the website, which really misled me. I did return it for a refund, but the process was very slow. Overall, I'm disappointed in how my transaction was treated and won't be quick to place another order with them.
