Vault Insurance has been a good choice overall, but when I had to make a claim, it took a lot longer than expected. The customer service was friendly, but I had to wait for a couple of weeks to get the claim resolved. Despite the delay, I still think their coverage and rates are worth it.

Great experience every time

I?ve been with Vault Insurance for several years, and they have consistently provided excellent service. I?ve filed multiple claims, and each time they?ve been quick and fair in their processing. The support team is always friendly, and the rates are reasonable. I?m happy with my decision to stick with Vault.

Coverage is fine, but customer service needs work

Vault Insurance provides decent coverage, but the customer service isn?t great. I had a minor issue with my policy and it took multiple calls to get the right person to address it. The rates are competitive, but I wish they had a better support system in place. It?s a bit frustrating when things don?t get resolved quickly.
