I found the customer service at SeedFi to be very attentive. High Interest with Limited Flexibility
I had hopes for some flexibility with SeedFi, but I'm afraid the high interest and lack of flexible repayment rates were a bit of a disappointment. The application process was relatively seamless, and the approval came quickly, but the interest felt a little too much, especially considering those with low incomes or on tight budgets. There was, in my view, little concern about individual's financial situations; I wish they would at least offer refinancing or loan-term extension, if necessary. The customer service was polite and answered as many questions as they could, but the reality was that they couldn't give too much leeway on interest rate reduction or changing my payment scheme. I could have benefited from it in the short run, but the overall cost was much bigger than expected. I do think SeedFi is an OK solution when the need is in the very immediate context, but prepare for high repayments with limited adjustment options.

Unclear Terms and High Charges
I don't feel that dealing with SeedFi went as well as it should have. Though this loan application went through fast, some of the terms about repayment weren't entirely clear. It was not clear how much the interest would add up over a relatively short period, and the overall cost of the loan ended up way higher than I had thought. I called customer service to explain, and they were nice, but that did not matter because these charges were heavy on such a small loan. I do understand that there is a certain risk in lending, but these fees and the interest rate made it difficult for me to catch up with the payments. I just wish SeedFi would be more forthcoming about how much it's really going to cost upfront and would possibly give a couple of more options for flexible payments. It might be okay for some, but if you're on an ultra-tight budget, the interest mounts up real fast. I would beware.

Hard to Keep Up Payments
Unfortunately, my experience with SeedFi was frustrating. Application went well, but once it came to making payments, it showed how quickly the high interest and fees mounted up. I could follow the repayment plan, but due to the inflexible payment terms, I barely managed to meet my needs. Customer support tried to help but was unable to provide any solutions to adjust or extend my plan. I had wished there would be some more empathy, at least a possibility for smaller repayments for some time, but that did not happen. In the end, because of the compounded interest, the total amount paid back turned out much higher than I thought it would. SeedFi could work in emergencies but is an option that challenges you when you have no more financial room for movement. I would recommend it only for those who are prepared for high costs and limited options.

While SeedFi's service is fast, the high interest rate it requires makes it expensive. For short-term loans, particularly, it gets very expensive. I had to pay more than I actually expected, and that became hectic to pay. I liked their customer support, but all in all, the fees were just too much. If you're on a tight budget, consider alternatives.

I really wish SeedFi could be more transparent with their pricing from the outset. I definitely was not prepared for how high some of the fees and interest rates would end up, and it has really set me back financially several times trying to pay everything. I did need more flexibility concerning the payment options, and SeedFi made very few allowances. The rates were higher than I thought they would be, and all of the costs just piled on. The customer service was friendly but couldn't help make any changes. This might be something that would help you get money in a hurry, but the installments will be very high.
