The Instacash feature is really helpful; there are so many times I find myself a little short on cash, so this gives the small cash advance I need right when I need it for a fee compared with other apps I have used in the past. Another excellent thing in this context is their Credit Builder Plus program that has assisted me with a gradual build on my credit score over the last two to three months. The app itself was pretty straightforward and easy to follow until there's a bug here or there, but hopefully, they get around to fixing it. Customer service has been pretty responsive as well and seems to care. If you want to have a trustworthy financial management app, MoneyLion is the best app for you.

It would freeze or crash right when I needed to access my funds; it's really frustrating. I called the customer support quite a few times and unfortunately, the turnaround was either late or not worthy of satisfying support. They seem keen on brushing off my concerns rather than delivering actual solutions. On top of that, the fees for instant transfers are way too high. And then just to get your money quicker the last thing you need is a big fee. I had issues with their Credit Builder Plus program, too. I was making timely payments, and it was not reflecting properly. It took weeks before I could get any clarification from their support team. Overall, while MoneyLion has so much potential, the technical issues and lousy customer service make it unreliable during those sensitive financial moments. I'll be looking for a different option soon.

I really wanted to love MoneyLion, they offer so much, but my experience has been very disappointing. I have had more than a few issues with the app crashing randomly and my money being unavailable when I really need it. Instant Cash is supposed to be quick and effortless, but it has gotten caught in processing limbo all too often, at times leaving me without access to the cash I need. And to add insult to injury, the instant transfer fees are totally ridiculous. If you do not wish to wait a few days to avoid paying this fee, you are defeating the point of getting the advance. Customer service also has been a disappointment. Every time I have tried to reach out for help, it has taken days to get a response, and even when that does happen, it is so vague and unhelpful that it may as well not have been provided at all. And I suppose another area of frustration I have with this app is a lack of transparency in the fees, how they are figured, and what you are actually being charged for. Although the app has a few nice bells and whistles, but constant problems and a lack of support for those problems make this app more of a hassle to deal with than it's worth. I am seriously considering a different financial service.

Nothing is frustrating than the experience I had with MoneyLion. For months without any incidence, I used the app until one day I was locked out of my account with no real explanation to be given. I immediately called the customer service where my contact was slow and the representatives I talked to were really not helping at all. It couldn't give me a legitimate reason why my account was locked and couldn't even give me a time frame on when it would actually be resolved. Until then, my funds were inaccessible for several crucial payments. To top it all off, their Instacash service has outrageously high fees. True, if you want your cash now, they are asking for an outrageous fee, and if you aren't, then you have to wait for several days. Very frustrating, since I could only think that MoneyLion will be my money management tool, but thus far, it's been the biggest stressor in my life. I am very disappointed with the app as well as with customer service. I will eventually close the account when I can regain access.

Another part where the company needs to work is on the customer service end.
