"Poor Delivery Experience"
I had ordered a few bottles from Flask Fine Wines, and the delivery experience was really disappointing. It took longer than expected, and when the wine finally arrived, the bottles were not properly packed, so some of them got minor damage. The customer service team was helpful but slow to resolve the issue. I know things can go wrong, but the delays and damaged goods made my overall experience far from pleasant. Considering the price of the wines, I expected better packaging and more timely service. Unfortunately, I am not sure if I will order again unless they improve their shipping practices.

"Poor Customer Service"

"Long Shipping Times"
I ordered from Flask Fine Wines and was disappointed with the shipping times. I know sometimes stuff gets held up, but my shipment of wine didn't even take two weeks to receive from the website. I had to send it into them twice and get only some vague information on it as to where it was each time. Upon finally getting it, though, the actual product I was delivered seemed great. I will be careful ordering from here in the future, especially if I want a particular wine by a certain date. Shipping needs to be much more efficient.

"Not What I Expected"
Flask Fine Wines has a great reputation, but my experience was less than ideal. I ordered a red wine that received great reviews, but the taste was nothing like what I expected when it arrived. "Wine Not as Advertised"
I bought a bottle of wine from Flask Fine Wines based on the fantastic description on their website. When it arrived, it was not what I had read. The wine was different from what I had read; I did not like it. I contacted customer service, but the process was slow, and I did not get any real help. The website descriptions should be more accurate. Too dear for what I got to begin with. Sadly, I would never come back after this sad experience.

My first shipment from Flask Fine Wines arrived after the estimated arrival time and was not very well packed. One bottle arrived broken, and by the time I received this delivery, only part of the order arrived. I contacted their customer service, but the process was frustrating and slow. They finally sent a replacement, but it didn't feel like a priority to them. Wine is a delicate product, and I feel their packaging doesn't reflect the care it deserves. I won't be ordering from them again unless they improve their shipping practices.

"Could Be Much Better"
I?ve heard a lot of positive things about Flask Fine Wines, but my experience wasn?t great. The wine arrived with a damaged label, and the customer service response was sluggish. Not detail conscious enough. Overall wine quality is not bad but for sure customer service could improve significantly as the answer was only prompt by their long delayed response. For my pay I deserve much higher. Hoping they take things better from here onwards and currently will look around somewhere else.

"Not Satisfied"
It happens, especially if you just ordered from Flask Fine Wines and the wine is fine in tasting terms; then again, there's that nasty shipping process, which will be discussed here. Firstly, delivery was significantly delayed-by over a week-and communication regarding the delay was extremely poor. As I wanted to plan dinner around said wines, that really knocked me off cycle. The packaging was good but was not good enough to make up for the lack of communication and late delivery. I expected a lot more and won't be hurrying back anytime soon.

"Very Disappointed"
I ordered from Flask Fine Wines with high hopes that everything would go smoothly, but it did not. Their shipment was delayed for about two weeks without any notice before arriving, and when I did get them, one of them had been cracked. The customer service team really got on my nerves-they took days to write me back. They still granted me a refund. So, it didn't do much to make the inconveniences go away. It is a company dedicated to fine wines, which made me expect better from it. I will not be back as a customer.

"Not Good Quality"
I have bought wine from Flask Fine Wines, which was positive reviewed but the quality didn't seem great. I ordered one bottle of wine. That tasted not so fresh and not as stated on their website. Even, shipment was late; and they did not properly pack that bottle. It wasn't the worst experience, but considering the price, I would have expected much better. I have had better luck with other wine retailers and will probably take my business elsewhere in the future.

"Disappointing Experience"
My first order with Flask Fine Wines was disappointing. Wine delivered was far from how the site had described, and also, the delivery took much time to reach my hands. In fact, I did not receive responses initially from customer service and, when eventually received the reply, they did nothing much to alleviate the matter at hand promptly. With this price, I would expect more quality from the services and products sold. Definitely, I'm disappointed, and I might not try to order again unless their service significantly improves.

"Shipping Disaster"
Horrible experience with shipping by Flask Fine Wines. Ordered my wine and it took almost three weeks to get to me. The wine was warm and obviously had been sitting outside during shipment. They should really pay more attention to their shipping process. Not very helpful when I called in for service; they wouldn't tell me why it took so long. While I?ll give them credit for having a decent selection of wines, the shipping issues make it hard to consider ordering from them again.
