I understand that insurance companies need to verify claims, but the lack of transparency and slow service was disappointing. The customer service representatives were polite, but their promises to follow up often went unfulfilled. I?m reconsidering renewing my policy and might explore other options with better claims management.

Hanover's premiums were more expensive compared to others. I attempted to discuss my reducing coverage as a way of saving, but the representative was not that cooperative. Their billing system is not perfect since I once got charged late for paying on time. It was tedious trying to solve this through their dispute process, where I had to escalate several times to get it solved. Overall, I paid too much for the kind of service I received. Although their coverage is great, the added stress from these issues makes me not want to continue with Hanover. I wouldn't recommend them unless you're willing to pay extra for average service.
