BitMart provides a pretty good selection of cryptocurrencies, while the withdrawal fees are too high. It is extremely annoying for those who make plenty of transactions or deal with small sums. The fee structure isn't well-documented on the website; that feels like cheating. Moreover, the processing of the withdrawals might be delayed sometimes-it has taken over 48 hours for me to wait for my funds to arrive in my wallet. The platform is great, but these things make it less attractive. BitMart could be much better in having low fees and faster transaction times. On top of that, customer support reacts too slowly to these issues, which adds up to the frustration.

My account was suspended without prior warning or reason by BitMart. The only way I knew my account was suspended was when I tried to log in and wasn't able to access my funds. Customer support was completely unhelpful; they used circular reasoning and took weeks to resolve. That is unacceptable on all levels, especially when dealing with finances. While the platform is working, this has been an experience that raises questions for me about its reliability. One of my biggest complaints with BitMart is their withdrawal process. It's overly complicated and rather slow at times. I had to wait for days to withdraw money, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable since other websites offer instant withdrawals. I sent several follow-up emails to their customer support team, and they replied with generic messages only. Security Concerns
I've had an issue with BitMart regarding my account security; it had some suspicious activity with small transactions not done by me. The reaction afterward was very sluggish, and I had no idea how this happened to my account. I have been using the BitMart app since quite a while back, and though it's convenient, it is far from stable. The app is really unstable, crashing any time I try to place a trade or look at my balance. This is incredibly frustrating because I am often outside of the application and need to log in again. Inconsistent Trading Pairs
BitMart supports a huge number of cryptocurrencies, which is really great. The problem is that it gets really frustrating to see not all of them are tradable against one another. A number of the tokens I wanted to trade were only available on specific markets, and switching between these markets wasn't very easy. Furthermore, some of those markets suffer from liquidity issues, hence decreasing their efficiency. I believe that the trading pairs should be unified across all markets so that there wouldn't be any redundant complications.

Low Liquidity on Some Coins
Though BitMart has a wide range of coins, I noticed the liquidity on some of the coins is really low. This can make trading slower; the spreads are usually much bigger than I'd like. Several times, I've had to wait rather long to get filled on smaller tokens. If liquidity is important to you, then maybe BitMart isn't the best choice, at least regarding less popular cryptocurrencies. They really need to work on improving liquidity on more coins to remain competitive against other exchanges.
