Users can also flag a concern if they feel something is off — helping others make informed decisions.

Can companies pay to remove negative reviews?

No. ScamReviewer does not allow businesses to pay to alter, hide, or remove reviews. All reviews — positive and negative — remain visible. Businesses can respond to reviews publicly, but cannot modify or delete community feedback.

What is a community trust score?

A community trust score is calculated from the average star rating of verified reviews, the ratio of positive to flagged experiences, and the recency of reviews. Scores range from 1 to 5. A score above 4.0 indicates a generally well-regarded business.

What does "flag a concern" mean?

Flagging a concern is a soft signal — it means a community member felt something was off about their experience, without making a specific legal claim. If several users flag the same business, a caution note appears on its profile asking readers to review carefully.

How do I write a review?

Search for the company, open its profile, and click Write a Review. You need a free account. Reviews go through a brief moderation check to confirm they reflect genuine customer experiences before publishing.
